Music is an integral part of Zebalandian culture, with many unique styles and instruments that have been developed over the years. The culture has always admired music and the effects the music gave and has been used as a way of treatment and medicine. Music has always served as a way of artistical, intellectual, spiritual or emotional expression since the dawn of time. According to a recent research, around 80 percent of citizents have some talent to play an instrument or sing. There was music festival held in the capital city in mid-2022, to commemorate the anniversary of the Blue Revolution. A fun fact you probably didn't know, is that the Federation's Prime Minister, Petar Gnjidic, plays the piano (synthesizer keyboard) and has had a musical duo with a musician from Kikinda.
Zebalandian cuisine is renowned for its unique blend of flavors and spices, incorporating influences from Indian, African, and European cultures. Its most famous examples are the Knedla soup (AKA the dumpling soup), the Zebalandian Paprikash (AKA the Zebalandian stew), the Zebalandian Palachinke (AKA the Zebalandian Palatschinke) and the Zebalandian macaroni and cheese. This food is the typical world-known cuisine with a special touch of Zebalandia in it. This food is usually present in the capital of Perijana, but there are loads of food, each unique from the other in other Federal Districts. The entire Federation offers a uniquely vast world of cuisine and flavor to explore.
Religion plays a significant role in Zebalandian culture, with the Serb Orthodox Christian beliefs and practices shaping the country and the culture itself. Saint Nicholas (Sveti Nikola in Serbo-Croatian) is dubbed as National Saint of the Federation and the acceptor of the Supreme Emperor. Orthodox traditions and customs have been nurtured ever since the formation of Zebalandia and have been followed ever since. Every religion is respected, but you and your religion will be respected as long as you respect others and their beliefs. This law was formed in the Constitution, which was named after Saint Nicholas, solely because the said constitution was approved on Saint Nicholas day (19/12). Religious events are celebrated by The Julian Calenda. In the records of 4 years of history, no religion or belief has been discriminated in the areas of the Federation.
